When I had my engine swapped out in 2016, I had a 2" body lift put in from the duck. Also replaced all the factory mount bushings, and I was ok on my 1998 stock truck.

so I had the "turbo lift" + 2 inches, things I had to deal with:

- factory brush guard sat a bit low vs the hood.
- had to cut a larger steering shaft hole on the interior, rubber duck makes a product that rivets in to seal that back up.
- shifter adjustment
- had to adjust the main fuel tank 2 times before I got it where it wasn't rubbing at all.

That was it.. great mod in the sense it gives more room to reach in to grab stuff.
